Procedure for making a return

Return conditions
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and 14 days from this notification to return your items to us. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted. Items that are damaged or missing tags cannot be refunded.
You can download your return label directly from your customer area.
If you do not live in Metropolitan France, please send an email to retour@stellaetsuzie.com , we will send you a return slip.
For any return made from mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a fixed contribution of 3 euros will be charged to the Customer and deducted from his refund and/or credit note, if applicable.
For any return outside the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the return costs in their entirety remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Register your return request

Prepare your package
Place your items in their original packaging along with the delivery note already present in the package.
Do not forget to indicate on it the reason for your return as well as the number of articles.

Paste your return slip and drop off your package in a Mondial Relay.
Make a return from abroad
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer for all international orders (outside the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland).

Reimbursement deadlines
The refund is made no later than fourteen days from the date on which Maison Stella & Suzie is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, subject to the good receipt of the return package at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of the refund or the creation of your credit note (valid for 12 months) according to the choice you have communicated to us.
My item is defective
If, despite all our efforts, your item has a defect, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@stellaetsuzie.com , our team will find a solution.
Exchange an item
We do not practice standard exchange. We invite you to re-order on our site.
