DISTANCE SELLING
When an item is no longer available online, our boutiques may still have it in stock.
We have therefore devised a solution to allow you to enjoy your favorite pieces, even when they have already fallen victim to their own success on the site.
Our retail teams are available by phone to assist you. They provide personalized support (availability, size, advice) and can arrange for your order to be shipped to your home.
IN-STORE PREVIEW
Each new collection is showcased in our boutiques as a preview on the Thursday preceding its launch on our website and app — the first Sunday of every month at 6 p.m.
It is important to us to offer our customers the opportunity to discover, try on, and purchase pieces from the new collection exclusively, before their official release.
A special event, designed to offer a unique shopping experience and strengthen the bond between the House and its points of sale.
ALTERATIONS SERVICE
A tailoring service is available in each of our boutiques, at the customer's expense, and is entrusted to our local partners who are accustomed to working with our designs.
Rates, turnaround times, and services offered may vary depending on our points of sale. Our teams are at your disposal to provide information, taking into account the expertise of our partners and the nature of the requests.
Completion times generally vary between 3 days and a week.
This service applies to items purchased in-store, online, or even to older models, subject to feasibility.
