DELIVERY
Free delivery on all orders over €200.
In mainland France and Corsica: from €4.00 for delivery to a pick-up point, €6.00 for home delivery and €10.00 for express delivery.
In French overseas departments, regions and collectivities: express delivery from €20.00.
Delivery within 48 hours (business days), once your order has been prepared. Please note that during particularly busy periods (collection launches, sales events, etc.), delivery times may be extended to 5–7 business days.
RETURNS
You have fourteen days from the date you receive your parcel to submit your return request and send your parcel back. This period does not include the time it takes for your return to reach us.

For all returns made from mainland France, a flat return fee of €5 will be charged to the customer and deducted from their refund.
We kindly ask you to handle items with particular care if you are not yet sure whether you wish to keep them, to avoid any damage. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Refunds will be issued no later than fourteen days from the date Maison Stella & Suzie is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from their purchase, provided that the returned parcel has been received at our warehouse.
European Union
DELIVERY
Free delivery on all orders of €200 or more.
In Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden and the Czech Republic, delivery is free on all orders of the equivalent of €200 or more in the local currency.
Delivery from €10.00 or the equivalent of €10.00 in the local currency.
