Procedure for making a return

Return Policy
You have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, and 14 days from this notification to return your items to us. Returns will not be accepted beyond this period. Damaged items or items without tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Make a return from the European Union
Register your return request
You can directly download your return label from your customer account by clicking on the link Make a return.
Prepare your package
Place your items in their original packaging accompanied by the delivery note already present in the package.
For any return made, a flat-rate contribution will be charged to the Customer and deducted from their refund if applicable. This flat-rate contribution will be €5 for returns made from the European Union and Switzerland, and £5 for those made from the United Kingdom.
Initiating a return from international locations
You can directly download your return label from your customer account by clicking on the link Make a return.
Prepare your package
Place your items in their original packaging along with the delivery note already included in the package.
For any return made, a flat fee will be charged to the Customer and deducted from their refund if applicable. This flat fee will be $10 for returns made from international locations excluding those made from the United States and Canada.
Refund deadlines
The refund will be processed within fourteen days from the date Maison Stella & Suzie is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, subject to the receipt of the return package at our warehouse.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund or the creation of your credit (valid for 12 months) depending on the choice you have communicated to us.
My item is defective
If, despite all our efforts, your item presents a defect, we invite you to contact us via email at the following address: contact@stellaetsuzie.com, our team will find a solution.
Exchange an item
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size. Upon receiving your return package, our team will initiate the exchange process according to the established return conditions. If you have any questions regarding your return, feel free to contact us at return@stellaetsuzie.com.
