Shipping policy
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Any parcel returned to Marmax due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the Customer's expense.
Transport is provided by Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL or Mondial Relay, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating the order.
Delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative and correspond to average processing and delivery times. Marmax cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not of its making.
However, if delivery times exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.

Marmax may provide the Customer with a tracking number by e-mail. The Customer is delivered to his home by his letter carrier. If the Customer is absent, he will receive a delivery notice from his letter carrier, enabling him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office or relay point, within a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are borne by the Customer from the moment the items are physically received by the latter. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person (or 10 days from receipt to lodge a protest with the delivery service).

RETURNS
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your parcel to make your return request and post your parcel.This period does not include the time it takes for your return to reach us.
*For items purchased between December 1 and 15, 2023, the return period is extended to December 31, 2023.

For all returns, the customer will be charged a flat-rate fee, which will be deducted from any refund. This fee is 5 euros for returns from the European Union and Switzerland, and 5 pounds sterling for returns from the United Kingdom.We ask you to be particularly careful with items, to avoid any deterioration, if you are not yet sure whether you want to keep them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Refunds will be made no later than fourteen days from the date Maison Stella & Suzie is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (subject to receipt of the return package by our warehouse).
