DISTANCE SELLING
When an item is no longer available online, our stores may still have stock.
So we've come up with a solution to allow you to enjoy your favorite pieces, even when they've already been sold out on the site.
Our in-store teams are available by phone to answer your questions. They provide personalized support (availability, size, advice) and arrange for your order to be shipped to your home.

Each new collection is installed in our stores for the first time, the Thursday before it goes live on the website and app — the first Sunday of each month at 6 p.m.
We are keen to offer our customers the opportunity to discover, try on and buy pieces from the new collection exclusively, before their official launch.
A special event, designed to offer a unique shopping experience and strengthen the bond between the House and its points of sale.
THE ALTERATION SERVICE
An alterations service is offered in each of our stores, at the customer's expense, and entrusted to our local partners who are used to working with our creations.
Prices, delivery times, and services offered may vary depending on our points of sale. Our teams are available to provide you with information, taking into account the expertise of our partners and the nature of your requests.
Production times generally vary between 3 days and one week.
This service applies to parts purchased in-store, online, or even older models, subject to feasibility.
