STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery within 48 hours (working days) after order preparation. Please note that during peak periods (collection launches, sales, etc.), delivery times may be extended, ranging from 5 to 7 working days.

Free for orders over €200.

RETURNS

You have fourteen days from the date of receiving your package to request a return and send it back. This period does not include the transit time for your return to reach us.

You can directly download your return label from your customer area by clicking on the link Make a return.

For any return made from Metropolitan France, a flat fee of 5 euros will be charged to the Customer and deducted from their refund.

We encourage you to be particularly careful with the items to avoid any damage if you are not yet sure about keeping them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

The refund will be processed no later than fourteen days from the date Maison Stella & Suzie is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (subject to the proper receipt of the return package at our warehouse).

EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND

STANDARD DELIVERY

Please refer to the estimated delivery charges upon confirmation of your order.

Offered for purchases over €250.

RETURNS

You have fourteen days from the date of receiving your parcel to request a return and dispatch your parcel. This period does not include the time it takes for your return to reach us.

You can directly download your return label from your customer account by clicking on the link Make a return.

For any return, a fixed contribution will be charged to the Customer and deducted from their refund if applicable. This fixed contribution will be €5 for returns from the European Union and Switzerland, £5 for returns from the United Kingdom.

We encourage you to be particularly careful with the items to avoid any damage if you are not yet certain about keeping them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Refunds will be made within fourteen days from the date Maison Stella & Suzie is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (Subject to receipt of the return parcel at our warehouse).

UNITED STATES

Please refer to the estimated delivery fees during the confirmation of your order. Customs or import taxes are included at the time of payment.

Please refer to the estimated delivery costs when confirming your order.

Outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be added to the price of our products. These additional fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to inquire about these costs from their local customs office. However, for the countries listed below, customs or import duties are included at the time of payment: Canada, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, New Caledonia, Saint-Barthélemy, and Saint-Martin.
