CHRISTMAS WISHLIST 2025 COMPETITION

Article 1: Organising Company
The company MARMAX, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 9803 euros, whose registered office is located at 114 avenue Crampel, 31400 Toulouse, registered with the Toulouse trade and companies register under number 833453442, is organizing a game with a purchase obligation.

Article 2: Dates and duration
The competition called CHRISTMAS WISHLIST will run from December 1st, 2025 at 10:00 AM to December 24th, 2025 at 4:59 PM. Registrations must be completed during the specified period, as outlined in the participation rules below.

Article 3: Participation
3.1. Conditions of participation:
Participation in this game, which requires a purchase, is subject exclusively to these rules. The game is open to any individual of legal age residing in the European Union, with the exception of MARMAX employees. The Organizing Company may, directly or indirectly, carry out all necessary checks to verify the eligibility of participants.
Only one entry per person is allowed in the prize draw during the duration of the game.
3.2. Participation methods:
To be able to participate in the CHRISTMAS WISHLIST competition, the participant must first have made a purchase (without minimum amount) in one of the participating MAISON STELLA & SUZIE points of sale, namely Toulouse, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Brussels, Lille, Paris, Cannes and the corner of Printemps Haussmann during the period of the game.

He will receive a card with a QR code giving him access to the page dedicated to the game.

To participate, the Client must:
1. Download the Stella and Suzie House app
2. Create an account or log in to your existing account
3. Add 3 items to your Wishlist
4. Share your wishlist to the following email address: concours@stellaetsuzie.com indicating your name, surname and in the subject line “I PARTICIPATE”.

Participants in the contest will not be eligible for refunds; only store credit and/or exchanges will be permitted (except for non-compliant items or items with hidden defects). Participation will be registered once the participant has completed and submitted their wishlist to concours@stellaetsuzie.com.
The entry fees for the game will not be refunded.
Any incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or late entry will not be considered. It is specified that the Organizing Company is not responsible for conducting further investigations to identify the participant, who will therefore not receive any prize or compensation.
3.3. Participant's Commitments
Participation in the game implies fair play, meaning absolute respect for the rules and full acceptance of these competition rules. The participant agrees to provide the mandatory information specified in article 3.2.

Article 4: Endowments
Each participant plays for a chance to win:

-Three (3) favorite products that the winner will have selected and sent by email to the Organizing Company, to be chosen from the items available on the website during the contest period, with a maximum value of five hundred (500) euros including all taxes. Please note that the products may vary depending on stock availability.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash equivalent will be given for the prize. If the prize is no longer available (in whole or in part) for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Company, a voucher of equal value to the unavailable item listed in the participation email may be issued, valid for one year only at MAISON STELLA & SUZIE points of sale in France and Belgium (excluding the Printemps Haussmann corner).
Article 5: Selection of winners
Eight (8) winners will be drawn at random on December 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. from among the participants who meet the participation criteria established under these rules.
The Organising Company reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information given during registration before informing and awarding the prize to the winner.
Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of their draw. The Organizing Company will not be held responsible if the contact details provided do not match those of the winner, are incorrect, or if the winner remains unavailable. Winners who cannot be reached or who do not respond within seven (7) business days of the Organizing Company's attempt to contact them will not be entitled to any prize, compensation, or indemnity of any kind.

If the prize cannot be delivered within the aforementioned periods, it will be re-awarded. The awarded prize is personal and non-transferable.

Prizes must be collected in person at one of the participating points of sale (excluding the Printemps Haussmann store) upon presentation of the draw notification email.

Article 6: Protection of personal data
The personal data of participants is collected for the purpose of participation in the Game as described in these rules and will be retained for this purpose for the duration of the Game. This information is intended for the Organizing Company acting as data controller. This information is mandatory to participate in the Game, as it is necessary for determining the winner(s) and for awarding and delivering the prizes. Consequently, individuals who exercise their right to delete their data before the end of the Game will be deemed to have withdrawn from participation.
In accordance with European laws and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing of, transfer, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. You can exercise all of these rights by email to contact@stellaetsuzie.com or by mail to: MARMAX, 114 avenue crampel, 31400 Toulouse, France.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL), in particular on its website www.cnil.fr.

Article 7: The regulations:
Participation in this game implies full and complete acceptance of these Rules (hereinafter the "Rules").
The mere act of a participant sending an email of participation to concours@stellaetsuzie.com with the subject "I participate" and the requested information, constitutes full and complete acceptance of these rules, without reservation.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, or modify this game, in whole or in part, in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. These rules may be amended at any time by the Organizing Company in the form of an addendum.
Any situations not covered by these rules will be decided by the game organizers, and their decision will be final, with French law being the only applicable law. Disputes will only be accepted if they are submitted within two weeks of the contest's closing date. The organizing company cannot be held liable if, for reasons beyond its control (unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, as well as any other event making it impossible to run the contest as initially planned), the contest is partially or totally modified, postponed, or canceled. Article 8: Applicable Law and Disputes
This game and these Rules are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation of these Rules and/or cases not covered by these Rules will be subject to amicable settlement. Failing that, it will be submitted to the French courts. The competent court will be that of the consumer's domicile.
