TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Majority and acknowledgment of risks

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older on the date of the Run.
I acknowledge that outdoor running involves risks inherent to any sporting activity, including falls, injury, malaise, collision, weather conditions, or environmental risks, and I declare that I am participating voluntarily and with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Physical fitness

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, I am in a state of health and physical condition compatible with a 5 km run and that I am not aware of any medical contraindication.
I agree to adapt my participation to my capabilities, to refrain from participating if my health condition does not permit it, and to stop my participation in the event of pain, malaise, or injury.

3. Compliance with instructions

I agree to comply with safety guidelines and instructions from the organizer, to adopt prudent and responsible behavior, to respect other participants and road users, and to use equipment suitable for running.

4. Insurance

I certify that I have third-party liability insurance covering any damage I may cause to third parties and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to verify my personal coverage in the event of bodily injury.

5. Liability

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily in the STELLA RUNNING CLUB and at my own risk, particularly regarding my health, physical fitness, behavior, and compliance with safety instructions.
I acknowledge that I assume the consequences of the risks normally inherent in running as well as those resulting from failure to comply with these terms or safety instructions, without prejudice to the organizer's liability under the conditions provided by law.

6. Personal data

Personal data collected by the Organizer is used to manage registration, organization, and the safety of the Run. Emergency contact details will be used only in the event of necessity related to the conduct of the event.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and, where applicable, objection, which you can exercise at the following address: contact@stellaetsuzie.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

7. Image rights

The STELLA RUNNING CLUB event may be subject to photographs and/or videos intended for Maison Stella & Suzie's communication on its Instagram account.
By participating in the Run, I authorize the organizer, free of charge, to capture my image during the event and to reproduce and distribute the photographs and/or videos thus created on the official Maison Stella & Suzie Instagram account, notably in the form of posts, Reels, and Stories, for the purposes of communication and promotion of the Run and Maison Stella & Suzie events.
